Terms and Conditions for use of restricted access intranet site
This intranet site is operated by the New Apostolic Church South East Africa ("NACSEA"). Our principal place of business is at corner Healey & Van Buuren Roads in Bedfordview 2007 and we can be contacted at helpdesk@nac-sea.org.za.
Please read this section carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") that you agree to when you use this restricted access section of this site. Note that these Terms and Conditions are different to and supersede those of the unrestricted access area.
Registration
This section of the site requires you to register and provide certain data to us. When doing this you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself. You must also maintain and promptly update this information so that it continues to be true, accurate and complete.
Security Information
You have been allocated a user ID and password and you will also need to provide us with answers to certain security questions (together these comprise the "Security Information"). You will be responsible for selecting a new password when you register on this site. You must ensure that none of your Security Information is disclosed to anyone because you will be responsible for all activities which occur when someone is logged in using your Security Information. The materials provided on this site are potentially sensitive and are of a highly confidential nature. If you wish to apply for an exception to this prohibition you should apply to District Apostle. Through your registration and use of this site we may collect information from you such as your name, email address and other contact details, job description and details of work that you are involved in, and any answers that you may provide to security questions as part of your Security Information. Additionally, we may audit and review all information that is on this site, which may include any information that you post to the site, and monitor any use that is made of this site.
